Body TalkAn Exploration of the Wisdom Within

body is the vehicle for experiencing life.
Listening to the wealth of wisdom that lies within it will lead to
a life that is whole, healthy and joyful.
In
this life-changing, innovative class, we will explore how we may be
subconsciously ignoring our physical intelligence and suppressing emotions
in the body, which manifest into stress, pain and even disease &
illness. We will use discussion, breathing techniques, visualization,
various medias of expressive art, journaling and the healing aspects of
aroma & vibrational plant essences to get to the “heart” of what
your body is trying to convey. We will explore how your body “talks”
to you, what its language is and how it expresses so we can stop ignoring
it.
The
ancient Art of Sacred Ceremony and Shamanic Journeying will be introduced
to enhance the healing process and assist participants in deeply
connecting with their body. Experienced drum facilitator and Shamanic
Practitioner, Melinda Rodriguez, will guide participants through 2
journeys utilizing the rhythmic beating of the drum. Participants
will journey to discover their personal power animal, which will accompany
and empower them along the pathway to wholeness. They will also journey to
the Angelic Realms to receive a special message from their individual
guardian angel.
This comprehensive workshop will allow participants to gain a level of empowerment and deep understanding that our power lies within and we are not victims. We are truly responsible for our own life and well-being. As we own that power and create a life well-lived, we inspire others to do the same and soon we participate in creating an entire planet empowered.This

Gant is
a Certified Aromatherapist and Aromatics Integrated Healing Practitioner
and teaches aromatherapy, aromatics and self-healing classes in Los
Angeles & Orange Counties. She is the owner of Your Aromatic Spirit,
a practice of reintroducing the simple ways of integrating the natural
world to enhance daily living. Charyn has a background in massage therapy
and public health education, having worked in such areas as HIV
counseling, perinatal education in recovery, health program development
& evaluation, and women’s healing & empowerment.
